Where sound has consequence, it deserves deliberate governance.

THE WORK
Sound has consequence. So do the decisions behind it.
For more than two decades, I have worked where strategy, sound, and organisational decision-making meet.
My work ranges from public transport and services to brands, interfaces, communications, and environments. It includes Wiener Linien, ÖBB, and adidas.
The strongest audible systems do not demand attention for themselves. They help people understand what is happening, recognise who is speaking, and act with less friction.
My work is therefore not about adding more sound.
It is about deciding what should lead, what should support, what should recede, and what should remain silent.
That discipline is Sonic Governance.
If sound has consequence, who is accountable for it?

APPROACH
Judgement before execution.
Good sonic decisions do not happen by accident.
The work begins by understanding where sound has consequence, what people need, what must remain coherent, and who is responsible for deciding.
From there, principles, architecture, decision rights, and evidence can be built around the situations that matter.
The objective is not permanent dependence on an advisor.
It is an organisation better able to make sound decisions deliberately, consistently, and accountably.
