No, there is no limit. You can submit as many sound design requests as needed, and each will be addressed sequentially to ensure quality.
What's our service turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for sound design requests is typically three days. However, for more complex projects and consulting services, additional time may be required based on their specific requirements. Please note that I work exclusively on regular workdays. You can refer to this page for a list of public holidays in Austria.
Who composes the sound designs?
Herwig Kusatz, the founder of Sound Strategy, personally composes all sound designs, ensuring consistent, high-quality output tailored to your specifications.
Unfamiliar with sound branding?
No problem. As long-standing experts, we offer you the opportunity to refine your sound needs in the form of a document or to create sound guidelines for the future use of your sound assets.
One of your first requests could be a consultation for a sound audit or a sound identity concept.
This helps ensure that your sound branding aligns with your overall brand strategy.
How does subscription pausing work?
If you need to pause your subscription, you can do so at any time by contacting us. We treat each paused month as 30 days, which you can utilize later when you resume. Please note that after two months, your subscription will automatically restart to ensure you continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to our services.
Subscription pause frequency?
Pausing is intended for intermittent use to accommodate urgent changes in need. This feature can be utilized once per paid month.
What is a subscription adjustment?
Your subscription compensates for any downtime due to illness. I schedule vacations twice a year, each for two weeks, with three weeks’ notice. These days are added to your subscription period to ensure no loss of service.
What software is used for design?
All sound designs are composed using Ableton Live, a leading software in the sound design industry.
How to submit design requests?
Submit requests via Trello, which supports direct links, Google Docs sharing, and video uploads via Loom, streamlining the communication and submission process.
Unhappy with a design?
We are committed to your satisfaction, offering unlimited revisions until the sound design meets your expectations.
What sound design work is excluded?
Our services do not include multi-channel audio, sheet music creation, or projects requiring external hires for specialized audio recordings.
What if I have only one request?
You can benefit from our services even with a single request. Simply pause your subscription once your needs are met, and reactivate it when more designs are required.
What is your refund policy?
Given the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not provided. However, we ensure satisfaction through unlimited revisions.
Subscription length and renewal?
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically to guarantee seamless service. There’s no need to take any action if you wish to continue enjoying our offerings.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Whenever you decide to cancel, you’ll continue to have access to our services until the end of your paid subscription period, allowing you to enjoy full benefits without interruption.
What are the copyright rules?
